It’s so very hard to imagine life without you here Dad. I can still hear your voice and your silly jokes, I keep waiting for you to walk through the door and tell us we’re all being ridiculous. I love you and miss you so much already, I am glad though that you’re no longer suffering

Mike was like a brother to me, he was full of life. He was a huge influence on my son musically and really reached out to Scott to encourage teach and mentor him. We spent a lot of time together at festivals and even worked together in his Tricopolis business was which he built from scratch, he encouraged me to run a store with my wife and we traveled a couple of years all over the southwest representing his brand. He had the greatest sense of humor and I can remember his laugh above all else, rest in peace Mike,… Read more »

Mikey was truly one of the good guys! Thankful for all his good advice over the years, and super happy to have sat next to him in lots of great jams….

Mike always welcomed everyone with his radiant smile. . .and wowed with his musical talent! Whenever he showed up at a music festival people were always eager to assist him in setting up. . .and if Mike was sitting in a jam you know it was going to be a great one! He is a legend, and a friend! You will be talked about for years to come! RIP Mike.

On my way home for lunch today I heard the song Amie by Pure Prairie League. I instantly thought of Mike. He was jamming with some guys at the Winfield Bluegrass Festival years ago. I asked him if he would play the song Amie for me. He did. He played and sang beautifully. That’s just the kind of guy Mike was. You will be missed brother in law.

I had the privilege and pleasure of playing in Silverado with Mike for several years. Mike was always very good to me and to Ellen. Mike was a man of integrity and was always willing to go the extra mile to help a friend (or even a stranger) in need. He was a great guitar picker and singer. We want to express our deepest condolences to all of Mikes family. We will miss you old friend. Rest In Peace Mike…

Mike, truly one-of-a-kind!! Brought so many smiles to my face throughout the near 40 years I’ve known him, practically my whole life! Always had encouraging words for our young bluegrass band, and as an adult, always felt like finding home when I’d stumble up to a jam he was sitting at! My condolences to the Nadolson family, I’m grieving with you and pouring as much love in your direction as I can! I’ll miss you soo much, Mike!! ❤️

If one is fortunate, a handful of people come into our lives that change our direction for the better. Mike has been on that hand for forty years.
